notification, to modify, alter, or update sections of these terms and
we probably will soon. Continued use of this site confirms that you
agree to the most current version of these terms, not that your going
to care anyway.
Use of Material
If you use "topic" material from this website, we ask that
you credit The Alpine Bicycle club and the author of any content if
specified. Generally this information is in the public domain and may
be used without restriction. However, some material appearing on this
website has been obtained from individuals or organizations and may
be subject to restrictions on use. Permission to use these documents
should be obtained directly from those organizations.
Submissions
Please send us lots of submissions. If you choose to submit material
to The Alpine Bicycle Club, you warrant the information was created
solely by you, your organization or employees, and does not violate
any copyright laws if posted on our website. The Alpine Bicycle Club
is entitled to unrestricted use of such submissions, without compensation
to you or any other party. Since we are a club we don't have much money
to pay you anyway.

We love links, please link to our site. We request that you link to
our site rather than download portions of it to another web server,
so that your viewers will see our most up-to-date information. But if
you don't we won't come after you. Links to external websites are not
endorsements by The Alpine Bicycle Club, its employees, volunteers,
or sponsors. However, we generally don't link to companies that aren't
at least a little interesting. The Alpine Bicycle Club is not responsible
for the availability of or the content, function, security, and privacy
policies on any linked external website. Call the external website webmaster
and yell at then, not us.

including route information and maps for club rides and events. So
please do not bicycle beyond your ability. Verify that all routes are
on legally open and safe trails before proceeding. Participation in
all rides, routes and events is at your own risk. By
participating in Alpine Bicycle Club rides, events or routes, you agree
to not hold The Alpine Bicycle Club, its employees, volunteers or sponsors
responsible for anything. Although if you really love the ride, we will
take credit for that.
